Sensei John Selinger  

The instructor ( Sensei ), John Selinger is a fifth degree black belt in Shotokan (classic) karate. He has been practicing karate for over 32 years, and teaching for more than 27. As an internationally certified instructor, examiner and judge, he is one of an elite group in Canada. He has been Manitoba, Western Canadian, and Canadian champion, and has represented Canada in international team competition. Classes are held on:
 

10:00-11:00 a.m. -- children's class, 6-10, white - orange belt
11:00 a.m. - 12 noon -- all ranks, age 10 - adult

Mondays     

7:00-8:30 p.m. -- all ranks
 

Wednesdays     

7:15 – 8:15 p.m. - Orange to black belt
8:15 – 9:15 p.m. - Advanced, brown & black belts

Exceptions will be considered by the instructor. Registrations are accepted at any time.  Cost: 3-month sessions

White belt ( Beginner ) 

6 – 9  years old (one class per week)                   $60.00 (Cost: 3-month sessions)
10 years old to Adult (two classes per week)    $120.00 (Cost: 3-month sessions)

Other belts

Family Rate   

Three family members or more         $290.00 (Cost: 3-month sessions)
